before i go on, this is just my opinion and perspective. feel free to comment on what you think. i would love to see different points of views. maybe they will make me feel better. i love cartoons. i may switch my major when i get to SCAD. my current major is illustration, but i may change to sequential art and animation.

the biggest reason for saying that is "CN real". i get nauseated just thinking about it. i mean, the network is called cartoon netwok...so i want and expect to see cartoons. i don't want to see real people unless they are apart of a commercial (not relating to the network).
i'm a 90's child. so to me, well for me, CN's best years were in the 90's. i miss the cartoons themselves hosting the cartoon cartoon fridays. i miss all the cartoon cartoons! the only shows i really like now are flapjack and chowder. which is bad. i also miss animaniacs. that show was epic. it made me think of how cartoons were not censored as much as they are now. animaniacs was pretty dirty. but that's what made it good. as children we didn't pick it up. but now i do. flapjack is kind of the same, it has some...odd and sometimes dirty humor.
but i think CN is really going down with the real stuff. it's like an oxymoron..."CN real".
but i'm optimistic. new shows seems to always come in the fall time. so i hope some good new stuff come to CN. and not anymore real stuff.
